FAQ - Shipping and customs

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I offer global delivery with tracked and insured shipping. But just keep in mind that for some locations it will take longer to receive the artworks.

How much is shipping?

Worldwide shipping for Print Only is €10.
Worldwide shipping for a Framed Print is €25.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days.

Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK/Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

Do I need to pay customs?

I have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU.

Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

What happens when I receive the artwork and it is damaged?

Your artwork will be sustainably packaged and well protected, but on the rare occasion there are issues, The Print Space and I will do our best to make it right. More information here.

Are the artworks printed and shipped carbon neutrally?

Yes. The Print Space only offers carbon neutral, sustainable production, packaging and shipping. That is one of the reasons I choose this company to print my artwork.

The Print Space is 100% carbon neutral and all their packaging is environment friendly. Everything is either recyclable or biodegradable and that includes the stickers, tape, compostable bubble wrap as well as the frame edge protectors used.

What sizes are available?

It depends a bit per Collection, but these are the sizes I mainly use:

A4 / 21cmx30cm, 8.3"x11.7"
A3 / 30cmx42cm, 11.7"x16.5"
A2 / 42cmx60cm, 16.5"x23.4"
A1 / 59cm x 84cm, 23.4"x33.1"

What kind of paper do you use for your prints?

All artworks are printed on museum grade, acid-free, archival cotton Photo Rag Giclée paper with a chalky smooth finish, from Hahnemühle the world’s oldest mill who have been producing fine art papers for more than 500 years.

Guaranteed archival life of 100+ years.

Is there a border around the prints?

Yes, a border for easy framing is included.

Can I buy the prints framed?

Yes! You can buy them "print only" or framed. I have selected high quality frames for my prints. They are available in black and white.

Buying a pre-framed print will ensure your artwork is protected and ready to hang.

What makes it Limited Edition prints?

All Limited Edition prints have my signature on them. And those prints come with a signed, stamped & numbered Certificate of Authenticity for provenance.
